As we continue our commitment to inclusivity and aim to ensure a welcoming environment for all, we have partnered up with Nimbus Disability.

Designed to streamline the process of communicating your access needs, the Access Card translates your disability or impairment into easy-to-understand symbols. This helps to convey your access requirements to venues and service providers, ensuring a more accessible and enjoyable experience wherever you go. The card not only supports your individual needs but also contributes to a broader movement towards better accessibility for all.

We offer Essential Companion ticket(s) FREE of charge to visitors who hold an Access Card with the +1 or +2 symbol, this ensures we can provide the best possible experience for everyone. Don’t have an Access Card? Our partners at Nimbus can undertake a FREE application for you to obtain a Lakeland Maze Digital Access Pass (DAP) so you can book an Essential Companion ticket for your visit. If your DAP includes the +1 or +2 symbol, you will be able to add an Essential Companion ticket to your basket.

You can apply for the FREE Lakeland Maze DAP below. Once you have applied and it has been approved, the ID number issued will be valid for 3 years and can be used for future Lakeland Maze visits.
There is also the option to upgrade to an Access Card for £15.00 should you wish to apply for broader recognition.

*If you are unable to provide a valid Access Card/Digital Pass with the +1 or +2 requirement to a member of our team on arrival, you will be charged the full entry price for any companions.

To ensure extra measures are available to those who genuinely need them, this is now the only form of ID we will be accepting for visitors with a disability/impairment and carers/essential companions. Any queries regarding access needs should be raised with Nimbus themselves, we can always refund ticket charges where deemed necessary, once approved by Nimbus.
